Support Information
IRIS Legal Hosted Solutions offer premier level support to our clients.
Standard Support Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Fridays: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Excludes Public Holidays
Extended Support Hours
For clients whose support contracts include "Extended Support" that service is available on the phone number listed below during the following hours for emergency situations.
Monday – Friday (Excluding Public Holidays): 6pm - Midnight
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: 9:30am - 5:30pm
This extended support is offered 365 days a year.
NB A fax service is NOT available during the extended cover. Please only use the phone or email contacts listed above.
The emergency support system is a monitored voicemail system. When calling this number please leave a message detailing the problem and a contact number or email address.
This number cannot be used for any "how-to" enquiries or to change / amend / add any functionality to the system. Any such calls will be dealt with only during Standard Support Hours detailed above.
IRIS will determine the nature of the emergency and respond as appropriate to any call.
